Thirty years in the Recruitment and HR business has taught me one thing. Good business is all about human connection, transparency and integrity — in everything we do. Without it, trust cannot be built, and genuine partnerships cannot flourish.

And my training as a Psychologist has taught me a second thing, that everyone involved in the activity of doing business must take responsibility for their role. And that includes us, your recruiters. We must add real value to the business partnership. Fully accountable value.

In the last eight years, working under the global brand of an industry disrupter, I and my team have focussed on adding a third thing. Technology. Not just the normal tools recruiters use to source candidates and process applications but something that adds real connection, transparency, integrity and accountability to the actual recruitment process itself. And to the recruiter-client partnership.

Just Right People was born out of my commitment to providing my clients with the very best value we can in a transparent, innovative, flexible and accountable way. The same incredibly talented and hard-working team, delivering the high quality, flexible service we have become recognised for. But with a difference.
